The acquisition has enabled Lumin Medical to incorporate ORM into its PatientTrak platform, a web-based tracking system that features cloud-based software solutions that bring visibility to the patient experience before, during and after a visit to his or her healthcare provider. PatientTrak helps healthcare operational and marketing leadership better understand this experience, so they can take steps to improve it.
ORM is the leading, HIPAA compliant patient feedback solution in the healthcare industry with services and software that deliver automated patient satisfaction surveys, brand marketing analytics, integrated physician performance publishing solutions, and content tracking across all of the major physician surveys sites, including Healthgrades, Vitals, RateMDs, Google, YP, Facebook, Twitter and Yelp.
